Templates for Menu items and Text boxes can now be saved as template files in the TARGIT file repository, making it easier physically move these files when needed.

The “old” method for saving templates for Menu items and Text boxes in the *Templates* tab in the dialogs for Menu items and Text boxes will coexist together with the new option.

## Saving a Template file

When you create a new template, click the ‘Save as’ button to save the template as a file. (The ‘Save’ button will save it using the “old” method.)

## Using a template file

To use a saved template file, click the ‘Open’ button.

## Editing a template file

To edit a saved template file, open a template file as described above, and then apply any modifications to style, etc. before overwriting the saved template with the ‘Save as’ option.
